You gotta like this guy. He's a real cruel villain, but nevertheless is a great character in 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame'. He's my favorite character, next to Clopin Troulliefou. =D And I like the fact that fans have named his horse "Snowball", lol ^_^

The non-moving's easy- you just resize a pic to 100 by 100 pixels. The animation ... I used a trial version of Jasc Animation shop. I'm thinking of buying it ... they let you download a free trial for 30 days (I think ... or more) at jasc.com.
